Curative mud treatment, Heat tratment, Cryotherapy. The curative mud is characterized as medium sulphide (1,1, g/kg), weakly mineralized (13, 7 g per kilogram of liquid phase). The concentration of almost all ingredients is low. The mud has alkaline reaction. The big depth (up to 24 m) where the deposits of curative mud are found determines the mineralizaton stability of the “rapa” and the liquid phase, whose concentration is close to that of the sea water salts. This is the only lake in Bulgaria with curative mud with significant stability status, i.e. has negligible diversions in the content of the chemical ingredients.
